TREAT YOURSELF to a weekend that is relaxing, energizing, rejuvenating, and refreshing. From group workouts to yoga classes, hikes, bonfires, swimming, delicious and nutritious food, get ready to experience a beautiful, unforgettable weekend.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?


 Literally EVERYTHING except for your travel! Once you get yourself to Menla, your cost includes all activities, workouts, hikes, lodging, and meals. 

Spa treatments are not included and can be booked as add-ons. Add-ons are described in the SAMPLE DAY below!

The cuisine at Menla is designed around fresh locally and seasonally sourced ingredients, including produce harvested from their on-site organic garden. Menla’s cuisine is centered around healing foods, sourced from the garden and local farms, emphasizing organic fruits, vegetables, grains, and legumes.

WHO CAN COME?

All ages are welcome, please feel free to book with friends, family, significant others, etc!

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Unfortunately, guests’ pets are not permitted at the retreat.

 WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

Here’s what a typical day will look like:

-Upon waking, we will meet in the yoga studio for a morning wake-up flow with David. (Enjoy coffee, tea, and fresh fruit, always available from 7am-7pm)
-Then, enjoy a fresh breakfast curated specifically for us! -After breakfast, take some time to rest and digest in the fresh air, and then we’re off to a hike OR a group workout!
-After hiking or working out, we will enjoy a delicious and nutritious lunch!
-Most days you will have some free time to explore on your own in the Catskills or go into a nearby town. You can also book add-ons like spa treatments at Dewa, Menla’s world-class healing spa (Dewa offers a wide range of Eastern and Western spa treatments featuring the Tibetan KuNye massage, personalized wellbeing massages, Ayurveda, acupuncture, reflexology, herbal baths, energy healing, customized facials, sound therapy,  intuitive readings, as well as saunas and steam rooms to stimulate and detoxify your system), 1-on-1 training sessions with Coach David or Coach Jennifer in THE GYM, or a 1-on-1 yoga lesson with Coach David.

-We will offer some optional activities in the evenings, such as additional workouts, yoga classes, group runs, etc!

-We will then have a dinner party! AKA.. dinner! :)

-After dinner, it’s your time to relax, whether that’s journaling, meditating, taking a walk, etc.

-Some evenings we will have a J.E.T. COMMUNITY BONFIRE or other evening wind-down bonding activities before getting a restful night of slumber in your cozy room or cabin!

PANTHER

Panther is a two-bedroom cabin. Each Room has a Queen bed, organic linens and towels, desk, and dresser, and share a bathroom. Sleeps 2-4 people

POTALA

Potala features an open kitchen adjacent to the living room and a separate dining room. A large sun deck awaits you just outside the living room. This house includes five queen rooms, plus three full bathrooms. Sleeps 5-10 people.
